Top officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Thursday, June 9, 2016 paid a condolence visit to the home of late Super Eagles captain and coach Stephen Keshi who passed away in the early hours of Wednesday June 8, 2016.

The delegation which was led by the president of the body itself, Amaju Pinnick arrived at about 10:55am, after a brief stopover at the Nigeria Union of Journalists press centre in Benin.

Pinnick was too shocked for words: “This is devastating. We have lost a superhero. The NFF Board will meet and decide on the best way to honour Stephen Keshi. We will be fully involved in the arrangements for the final burial rites,” he said.
